Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) ​

At Robotagentz LLC, we provide a cloud-based application for creating low-code workflow automations (the "Service") to help individuals, teams, and businesses streamline their processes. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the rules and expectations for using our Service. By accessing or using Robotagentz, you agree to comply with this AUP, alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Purpose of This Policy ​

Our goal is to ensure the Service remains secure, reliable, and valuable for all users. This AUP prohibits activities that could harm Robotagentz LLC, its users, or third parties, while encouraging responsible and ethical use of our automation tools.

2. Prohibited Activities ​

You may not use the Service to:

  • Illegal Activities: Engage in, promote, or facilitate any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights (e.g., intellectual property infringement, fraud).
  • Harmful Actions: Create, distribute, or run automations designed to harm systems, networks, or individuals (e.g., malware, viruses, denial-of-service attacks).
  • Spamming: Send unsolicited messages, bulk emails, or other communications that violate anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act) or abuse third-party services.
  • Abusive Behavior: Harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate others through workflows or content generated via the Service.
  • Overloading the Service: Overuse resources (e.g., excessive API calls, automations that strain servers) in a way that disrupts performance for others.
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempt to access, modify, or reverse-engineer Robotagentz systems, code, or other users’ accounts without permission.
  • Misrepresentation: Impersonate others or provide false information to Robotagentz LLC or third parties.
  • Prohibited Content: Upload, process, or automate content that is obscene, pornographic, excessively violent, or otherwise objectionable as determined by Robotagentz LLC.

3. Third-Party Integrations ​

Robotagentz allows integration with third-party tools (e.g., via APIs). You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your use of integrations complies with this AUP and the terms of those third-party services.
  • Avoiding automations that misuse or overburden integrated platforms (e.g., exceeding rate limits, violating their policies).

4. User-Generated Content ​

You retain ownership of workflows and data you create or upload. However, you agree:

  • Not to use the Service to process or store content that violates this AUP.
  • To grant Robotagentz LLC a limited license to host, process, and execute your automations as needed to provide the Service.

5. Compliance and Monitoring ​

While we don’t actively monitor your workflows, we reserve the right to:

  • Investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
  • Take action (e.g., suspending automations, terminating accounts) if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use violates this policy or harms the Service.

6. Reporting Violations ​

If you encounter misuse of Robotagentz, please report it to us at support@robotagentz.com. Include details to help us investigate promptly.

7. Consequences of Violations ​

Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:

  • Issue a warning and request corrective action.
  • Suspend or disable specific automations or features.
  • Terminate your account, with or without notice, and delete associated data.
  • Report illegal activities to authorities if required by law.

8. Changes to This Policy ​

We may update this AUP to reflect changes in our Service or legal requirements. Updates will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
