RoboDocs Editor
RoboDocs are just text based documents that can have special codes in them to insert data. See a more detailed description at What are RoboDocs?
RoboDoc Editor Interface
When you first go to the RoboDoc editor you see the following interface.

| New | Press on this button to create a new Robodoc |
| Manage | Press on this button to Manage your Robodocs |
| AI Assist | Press on this button to get AI assistance in creating content for a Robodoc |
Create a New RoboDoc
To create a new RoboDoc just press on the "New" button. This will show a text editor. Type in your RoboDoc content and when you are done, press the "Save" button. RoboDocs can be text, numbers, HTML, JSON, or basically whatever you can type. See how to create dynamic content at See a more detailed description at What are RoboDocs?
Use AI Assist to Create RoboDocs
Sometimes it is helpful to get a creative start to writing a document. You can use any AI to get HTML content to put into the RoboDoc editor, but you can also use the AI Assist. Just press on the AI Assist button to start a chat with the AI assistant.
Type in a description of what you want your document to look like. Then press the "Send" button
The AI might need some time to think through the request.
When the AI is complete it will show a "Preview Result" button. Press on this button to see what the AI came up with.
If the AI created document looks good then press on the "Create a RoboDoc from this" button.
The html code will be placed into the RoboDoc editor. You can make changes if needed and add in RoboDoc template symbols in the document if needed. You can still test the document by pressing on the "test" button.
