What is an Agency?

RobotAgentz comprises various types of cloud servers, each serving a unique purpose. A "cloud server" refers to a computer connected to the internet, accessible globally, and designed to deliver computing resources remotely. Within the RobotAgentz ecosystem, a specialized class of cloud servers is dedicated exclusively to executing agent missions. These are known as Agency Servers, or simply Agencies for short.

The number of Agencies scales dynamically based on the total volume of agent missions in progress. To optimize performance, all agent missions are evenly distributed across the fleet of Agency servers—a process known as load balancing. Each Agency is assigned a unique name, making it easier to track where missions are currently running or have been executed historically.

Why Are Agency Servers So Special?

Agency Servers are the workhorses of RobotAgentz, but their significance goes beyond raw power. They are equipped with specialized capabilities that set them apart, including:

  • High-security firewalls: Robust protection to safeguard sensitive operations and data.
  • Load monitoring and balancing: Real-time oversight to ensure efficient resource allocation and performance.
  • Load transfer on failure: Seamless reassignment of tasks to maintain uninterrupted mission execution if a server encounters issues.
