Manage Button

Missions, RoboDocs, Contracts, and Storage Items all have their own object structures with optional folders. It is very similar to how files and folders are organzied on a computer. Each View has a "Manage" button that allows you to setup and modify these structures. To make things easy, let's just refer to these objects as files and the grouping of them happens in folders. Keep in mind that Missions, RoboDocs, Contracts and Storage Items file systems do not mix together. Each file type has it's own file structure.

Add a new Folder

To add a new folder simply press on the "+ Add Folder" sign in the top right corner of the Manage dialog and enter the name of your new folder.


Actions

When you select a "file" or "folder", a small dialog to the right will appear that shows the selected file(s) or folder(s). You can select multiple files or folders. The dialog will also have several "Action" buttons for actions like:

RenameIf only one file or folder is selected then you can modify the name of that file or folder
Move Selected to Current FolderUse this to move files or folders to different locations. Select a file or folder and then navigate to a new folder and then press this button
Duplicate SelectedThis button will duplicate the files that are selected. Folders can't be duplicated
Delete SelectedThis button will delete the files and folders that are selected.
CancelThis button will close the Actions dialog

Selecting Folders

Selecting the folders in the Manage dialog is different then selecting files. To select a folder you will see a small bubble with an S in it next to each folder. Press on this S bubble and the folder will be placed in the selection list.
