Subscription Plan Tiers

RobotAgentz is built to scale with your needs. Our biggest cost driver is concurrency—the ability to run multiple missions simultaneously—which requires CPU and memory resources. We keep costs low by charging a small fee to cover concurrency, but many users can achieve a lot with minimal concurrency.

• Tier 1: Community Shared Resources
  Ideal for most users, this tier taps into a shared pool of community computing resources. There’s more than enough to go around, so you won’t feel the pinch—but if you crave extra isolation, our higher tiers have you covered. With "Community Shared," your content and data stay private; it’s just the horsepower behind your missions that’s pooled together.

• Tier 2: Business Class
  For users who want dedicated Agency servers for their missions. You’ll still share dispatch and frontend server resources with the community, but your mission processing happens on isolated, dedicated servers, easing concurrency limits from Tier 1.

• Tier 3: Enterprise Class
  The ultimate option for businesses that need everything dedicated. We’ll spin up an entire, fully scalable RobotAgentz system just for you—complete with unlimited usage, users, and concurrency. We handle all the management; you get a private, powerhouse system.

Operating Limits

Every cloud-based system comes with some limitations—sharing resources is just part of the deal. At RobotAgentz, we’ve designed our limits to strike a balance: keeping things affordable so we can cover costs, while offering you scalable options to grow as needed.

Limits Based on Tier

Each subscription Tier has specific limits as shown in table below. The Tier 1 breaks concurrency into levels where Level 1 is a concurrency of 3 and Level 10 has a concurrency of 30.

Throttling Limits

In order to limit the possibility of overloading the shared servers in Tier 1 and 2 subscriptions plans, throttling limits are added to the following types of task blocks. All of these blocks are throttled by 10 seconds for Tier 1 subscriptions, 3 seconds for Tier 2 subscriptions, and no throttling on Tier 3 subscriptions.

CentCom Emailing Limits

If you choose to use the RobotAgentz CentCom emailing service, you are limited to 2 emails per day for both Tier 1 and Tier 2. It is recommended that you setup your own email SMTP service through a vendor like SMTPToGo, Mailgun, Mailchimp, etc. This also allows for more customized look for your from email address.
